Haddy Nyan's path in healthcare began more than 26 years ago, shaped by both her professional training and the deeply personal experiences she encountered along the way. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Medtech professional licensed by the North Carolina State Board of Health, Haddy has dedicated her life to meeting the diverse needs of individuals across hospitals, hospice programs, private nursing homes, and client residences throughout Raleigh.
During countless days spent at patient bedsides and in family homes, she witnessed the difference that genuine empathy and practical support could make - not only to the individuals receiving care but to their families as well. Over time, this consistent thread of kindness, patience, and attentive listening became the heart of her calling. Seeing the specific struggles faced by seniors and those living with mental challenges, Haddy recognized an unmet need for truly reliable care that not only addresses daily routines but also restores dignity, hope, and a sense of belonging. Hope N Compassion HomeCare was founded as an answer to this need, built on the belief that everyone deserves to be treated as family in their time of vulnerability.
